About EXIT 456
This retreat is designed to aid the local church in ministry to tweens. It can serve as a retreat for confirmands or simply as a tween retreat. The worship and teaching times are designed so that 4th-6th graders can attend for three years and enjoy a new, exciting experience each year. There are some things you need to know about Exit 456:
- Each camper must complete a signed release in order to participate. Download the Exit 456 Permission and Liability Form here. Please bring the completed forms with you to camp.
- Each church is responsible for providing chaperones for their group. According to the North Alabama Conference policy the ratio of chaperones to students is: 1:7 for this age group. Churches must provide proof of cleared background checks for each adult who attends the retreat. If you need assistance running those background checks, please contact John Fleischauer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The cost of EXIT 456 includes lodging at Camp Sumatanga, 3 meals, all snacks, and a T-shirt. The cost through midnight February 15, 2017, is $75 per person. After this date, the cost will increase to $85 per person.
- Registration will close at midnight February 28, 2017, to allow time for food and t-shirts to be ordered. NO new registrations will be received after this date.
