During the 2016 Annual Conference, Mission Displays will be set up in the Atrium of the Von Braun Center North Hall. This will place the displays in a high traffic area to give your organization a prime opportunity to interact with Conference participants.
A display area fee is $20 per day ($60 for the entire Conference).
The North Alabama Conference will assign a space and provide your organization with an 8 ft. skirted/draped table. There will be no electricity available for displays. Due to space limitations, organizations cannot bring their own table or move outside their assigned display space.
The Mission Display Request deadline is May 15, 2016. Following that date all applicants will be contacted with their space assignment and instructions about set up and break down, etc.
