AC19 Registering Your Attendance

All Annual Conference members should make sure their attendance is recorded. Members should register your attendance by signing and turning in the registration card included with your nametag in this mailing.

It is the duty of every member, all provisional members and local pastors of the Annual Conference to attend its sessions (para. 602.8, 2016 Book of Discipline). Clergy members who cannot attend any business session of the Annual Conference must report by letter or email to the Conference Secretary and copy your District Superintendent stating the reason for the absence:

District Check-In

On Sunday, clergy and lay members can turn in their registration card at the District Check-In tables in North Hall First Floor Corridor. Your District is noted on your nametag. District Staff will be at the tables so you will see a familiar friendly face.

  • District Check-In is open Sunday, 2-6 p.m.
  • Clergy and lay members should turn in their registration card at the table labeled for their District.
  • For other registration needs, go to Registration Services also located in North Hall First Floor Corridor.
  • The Registration Team is available to assist Reserve Members who need credentials to take the place of a lay member.

 

Registration Services

The Registration Team is available to assist Reserve Members who need credentials to take the place of a lay member, to help those who need to be added to the Annual Conference membership roll and to replace lost nametags and registration cards.

Members of the Registration Team will be available at Registration Services located in North Hall First Floor Corridor during the following times:

  • Sunday: 2-8 p.m.
  • Monday: 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 7 a.m.-noon
