Participants in the Conference HealthFlex insurance program are invited to Register now for Health Screening* appointment at Annual Conference.

Appointments are available for Thursday, June 22 and Friday, June 23.

How to Register

Primary Participants can register through the Well-Being section at benefitsaccess.org.
Covered spouses can register through Virgin Pulse by selecting Quest Diagnostics Blueprint for Wellness, then following the prompts.
Call 1-855-623-9355 (1-855-6BE-WELL) to register by phone.

Incentives

$100 cash from Conference and $100 from Virgin Pulse, for a total of $200 per eligible person. To earn incentives, you (and spouse, if eligible) must be enrolled in Virgin Pulse and complete the health screening by August 31, 2023.
