Job Description Program Assistant – GraceKids Child Development Center at Grace, a United Methodist Congregation About GraceKids CDC GraceKids Child Development Center welcomes children ages 6 weeks through PreK4 in a caring Christian environment. Position Summary The Program Assistant will serve as the smiling face and first impression for anyone who phones or visits GraceKids CDC. This person will be responsible for various aspects of student enrollment, record retention, human resources administration, scheduling and other duties as assigned. This is a full time (40 hours per week) position. Included are paid holidays and vacation. Requirements • Strong verbal communication skills (in person and on the telephone) • Strong organizational skills • Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite • An aptitude for working in PreSchool management software • Must be a team player who is willing to help where needed, sometimes in a classroom to relieve a teacher.
