Summary: Responsible for live stream operations, assisting with live and recorded audio/video and managing equipment by performing the following duties. Essential Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned) • Ensure proper setup and operation of live stream equipment for Sunday services • Troubleshoot live stream issues and implement improvements • Operate live stream cameras during Sunday services • Insert closed captioning and other on-screen text where needed • Archive video from live stream recordings ? Perform maintenance and minor repairs as needed on video/audio equipment • Assist with live and recorded audio/video of church services and events • Set up and break down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props • Manage live stream cameras each Sunday • Assist in upgrading Canterbury’s audio capabilities • Answer tech questions for other staff members Requirements: • Follower of Christ • 1-3 years of professional audio/video experience in a professional setting (not including college) • Knowledge and experience with live streaming • Solid time management skills • Knowledge of audio systems and recording hardware • Have the passion to always learn Competencies: • Mission/Goal Orientation: Possesses the ability to define issues and focus on achieving workable solutions consistent with fulfillment of church mission and consistent with the church’s ministry process. • Interpersonal Skill: Effectively and productively engages and establishes trust, credibility, and confidence with co-workers, membership and the community. • Action Orientation: Targets and achieves results, overcomes obstacles, accepts responsibility, establishes standards and responsibilities, creates a results-oriented environment, and follows through on actions.
