Rev. Billy W. Limbrick


Rev. Billy W. Limbrick, 55, died Saturday, June 2, 2012.  Billy was serving at Fellowship and Langston UMCs as a Part-time Local Pastor in the Northeast District.

The arrangements are as follows

  • Visitation will be on Monday, June 4, 2012, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home. 
  • Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 5 at Langston United Methodist Church.
  • Interment will be in Odenville, Alabama.

Billy was first licensed to preach in 1994 and served churches as both a supply pastor and as a local pastor.  During his ministry he served Ebenezer/Hebron (G); Bradford/Pearson Chapel;  Lamons Chapel; Langston and Fellowship UMCs.

At the news of his death, Bishop Will Willimon paused the North Alabama Annual Conference and led a prayer for Billy’s wife Vicki and the congregation’s he served and thanking God for Billy’s ministry.
