Dr. Steve Strange’s father-in-law Bill Down died on March 17, 2013, in Rockford, Michigan. Steve is the pastor of Lakeview - Pelham's First UMC in the South Central District.

The arrangements are as follows:

• Visitation is Friday, March 22, 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Pederson Funeral Home in Rockford, Michigan.
• Funeral services are 3 p.m. on Saturday March 23 at Plainfield Christian Church in Comstock Park, Michigan.
