Rev. Harry Skaggs’ mother

Rev. Harry Skaggs’ mother Violet A. Skaggs died on Oct. 9, 2020. Rev. Skaggs is a retired Elder in the Cheaha District.

The arrangements are as follows:

• The funeral service will be  at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020, at Harper & Dunnichay Funeral Home in Frankton, Indiana. (305 E. Sigler St., Frankton, IN 46044.)
• Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the funeral service.
• Burial will follow in the K. of P. - I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Frankton.
