Rev. Treasure Carter's mother Thelma Geneva Ball died Dec. 23, 2014. Rev. Carter is pastor of New Bethel UMC in the Cheaha District.

The arrangements are as follows:

• Funeral service will be Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at noon at Haven United Methodist Church, 114 W 17th St Anniston AL 36201.
• Burial will be in the Forest lawn Gardens.
