Rev. Carol Goforth's father P. C. Goforth, Jr. died October 29, 2015. Rev. Goforth is pastor of Chestnut Grove UMC in the Northeast District.

The arrangements are as follows:

• Visitation will be Nov. 2, 2015, from 1 to 2:30 pm at at Ridout's Brown-Service Funeral Home in Decatur (711 Memorial Drive Southwest, Decatur, Alabama).
   
• The funeral will follow at 2: 30 p.m.
   
• Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
