Rev. Mitch Nethery 's father David "D.G." Nethery died August 8, 2016. Rev. Nethery is the pastor of Red Bay First UMC in the Northwest District.

The funeral arrangements are as follows:

• Visitation will be at Otts Funeral Home (4255 Highway 278 West, Sulligent, Alabama 35586) on Wednesday, August 10, 2016, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
• The funeral will be Thursday, August 11, 2016, at Otts Funeral Home at 4 p.m.
