Charlie Conder has worked with students for over 18 years in education and ministry settings. Since 2005, she has had the privilege of serving as the middle school youth minister in a thriving Methodist church in a close-knit community in the Metro Atlanta area. During her time in ministry, she has coached adult volunteers to consistently lead small groups of middle school teens, organized large middle school ministry worship experiences, and lead an on-campus ministry program at a local middle school. Her extensive experience with students and families along with her Advanced Coaching Certification, gives her a unique approach to ministry. She lives near Atlanta with her wildly talented husband, Eric, and her sometimes snarky, but always lovable, teenage daughter.
