Spirituality in Anxious Times
Take time apart to recenter your life in Jesus...the One who tells you to not be anxious about tomorrow.
We live in an era where rates of anxiety and depression are skyrocketing. It’s hard to not be anxious about our lives or the future as we scan the new feed. Although there are numerous Biblical admonitions to not be afraid or anxious, we humans find these instructions challenging.
Reconnect to the One who gives us life...today and into infinity.
The Christian Spiritual Life offers powerful tools to help us ground ourselves in spiritual practices, allowing God to help form us into fearless people of faith. During this day apart, we will
spend time learning and praying into some of these practices together.
Join us for this time of life-giving refreshment.
