The Multicultural Ministries Team planned the Kingdom Conference to enlighten and illuminate our awareness and concerns about the church’s role and witness in the world today.
Combining worship, plenary, and breakout sessions, the weekend has been designed to challenge our church and community to a deeper and fuller vision of God’s Kingdom. We seek to have a shared vision among clergy and laity in the North Alabama Conference as we develop commitments to mission, evangelism, discipleship, and justice. The Kingdom Conference will provide an opportunity to celebrate the ways in which the diversity of the Kingdom has come to the North Alabama Conference through different ethnicities and cultures from around the world.
|After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people, and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”
