North Alabama Conference Historical Society announces Fall 2014 meeting

Canterbury United Methodist Church will host the Fall meeting of the North Alabama Conference Historical Society on October 11, 2014.

The theme of the meeting will be the Conference’s ministry with children and youth.

There will be two presentations during the meeting. Rev. Lonna Lynn Higgs will present The History Of The United Methodist Children's Home. Rev. Pete West will present Youth Ministry In The North Alabama Conference: From Youth Societies To Youth Fellowship.

The meeting will be held in Wesley Hall of Canterbury UMC, with lunch following in the small dining room.

The Registration deadline is October 5, 2014. To register, complete the registration form and mail it with a check for $11.50 per person, to Caroline Thompson, 1424 Montclair Road, Apt. 173, Irondale, AL 35210.
