Annual Conference Executive Planning Team seeks volunteers for Annual Conference 2022

March 14, 2022

The 2022 North Alabama Annual Conference will gather on June 22-24 at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville. Clergy and lay members from the Conference’s 615 local congregations plus Conference leaders and guests will gather in person for the first time in two years. Such a large gathering takes many people working behind the scenes to help it run smoothly.

To make Annual Conference 2022 the best it can be, the Annual Conference Executive Planning Team is inviting all those interested to volunteer and be a part of the Annual Conference team. There are a variety of opportunities to serve.

Volunteers do not have to be voting members of Annual Conference. However, voting members are welcome to volunteer and will be able to participate in business sessions while they serve in a volunteer role.

All volunteers will be responsible for their own lodging, but lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday.

Individuals interested in serving should complete this online application at https://na-reg.brtapp.com/AC22Volunteer.

Church groups are also invited to volunteer together. For more information and to sign up, group leaders should contact Rev. John Fleischauer at john.fleischauer@umcna.org.
