MissionInsite Training for beginner and advanced users to be April 2
The Office of New Church Development is hosting a MissionInsite training on April 2, 2020, at the DesignLab in Huntsville. There will be two separate sessions so those who are new to MissionInsite and those who are “old pros” can both learn more about this important ministry tool. This training will be taught by Chuck Salter, President of MissionInsite.
MissionInsite provides access to demographic information. It moves beyond static reports to a powerful “discovery tool” for exploration and “out of the box” thinking for church ministry, church planting, church growth and outreach.
The morning Beginner session will be from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and will be for those who are new to MissionInsite. Chuck will teach the basics of MissionInsite and how to use it to benefit your local congregation. While this is the beginner session, participants will learn a lot!
The afternoon Advanced session will be from 12:45 to 4 p.m. and will be for those users who have already been to a MissionInsite training and use MissionInsite to help their churches. This advanced session will deep-dive into the more difficult and surprising ways you can use MissionInsite.
Current users are also invited to attend the entire day and allow the morning session to be a refresher before diving into the Advanced Session. Those who have never worked with MissionInsite before, are also welcome to attend this all-day training but should note that there may be a bit of a learning gap between the training sessions since participants won’t have time to practice between sessions.
Lunch and snacks will be provided. Registration closes on March 26 and registration will not be accepted at the door.
