Two opportunities for MissionInsite training coming in early February

1/18/2017

MissionInsite is a powerful tool available to North Alabama Conference congregations. It provides church and community demographics and analytics to help leaders better understand their congregants and community at large.

New Church Development is providing a training in early February for congregation leaders to learn how to use MissionInsite and how this tool can benefit the local church. The trainings will be led by Chuck Salter, the President of MissionInsite. Even those who have been to a training in the past are encouraged to come for the introduction of a brand new tool called Neighbor Center.

There are two opportunities for this training — one in Birmingham at the United Methodist Center on February 1 and another in Huntsville at DesignLab on February 2. Both trainings will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Cost is $30 and includes lunch and snacks. The Birmingham training is limited to 25 people. So sign up ASAP to reserve your spot! Registration ends January 25 and registration/payment will not be taken at the door.

Please note to participate, you must create a MissionInsite account and upload congregants before the training. After you have registered, if you are in need of log-in information or help with uploading congregants, please email Faith Hooper in the office of New Church Development at faith.hooper@umcna.org.
