Ichnos 2.0

Ichnos partners clergy and corry lay leadership in a journey with consistent coaching as insights are developed and implemented and leadership habits are built. It helps local churches plan and implement their next steps to reach their community with effective and sustainable ministry. This is a joint project of the North Alabama Conference Board of Ordained Ministry, North Alabama United Methodist Foundation, The North Alabama Appointive Cabinet and Dr. Ron Martoria.
