Local Church Leader Training: Single-Board/Streamlined Leadership Teams

This online course is for members of Single-Board/Streamlined leadership teams in local churches. This is an alternative model of church leadership where there is a single leadership team instead of an individual SPRC, Board of Trustees, and Finance Committee. Please note that this course is for churches that have already adopted a single-board/streamlined leadership structure. If your church would like more information on transitioning to this model, please contact your district superintendent.

This course is offered in a self-paced format that allows participants to complete it on their own schedule. It provides an overview of the role of a streamlined/single-board leadership team, and links to training for each specific committee.
