Local Church Leader Training: SPRC

This online course is for members of Staff/Pastor-Parish Relations Committees in local churches. It is offered in a self-paced format that allows participants to complete it on their own schedule.

The course offers training on the role of the S/PPRC, including:

• Working as a committee and with your pastor, including supporting the church's pastor(s) and staff
• Working with your district superintendent, including the committee's role in the appointive process
• Working with additional staff including developing policies and procedures for church personnel

In addition to providing training on the S/PPRC's role, this course includes a number of resources to aid the committee in its work including forms, reference documents, and more.
