Local Church Leader Training: Board of Trustees

This online course is for members of Boards of Trustees in local churches. It is offered in a self-paced format that allows participants to complete it on their own schedule.

The course offers training on the role of the Board of Trustees, including:

• Managing the church's real property including repair and maintenance of church grounds, buildings, and equipment
• Managing the church's endowments and other investments
• Managing the church's legal affairs including risk management, incorporation, and other topics

In addition to providing training on the role of the Board of Trustees, this course includes a number of resources to aid the board in its work including forms, reference documents, and more.
