When can I retire?

• Normal retirement begins at age 65 or with 40 years of service 
• Early retirement is available at age 62  or with 30 years of service
• Mandatory retirement is age 72
• Under the 20-year rule, you can retire after 20 years of service but you cannot receive retirement benefits until you turn 62.
